Hilltop Painting completed a full exterior repaint for a commercial office building managed by Pacific Continental Realty in Bellingham, Washington. The project included extensive surface preparation, pressure washing, scraping, sanding, and caulking to ensure proper adhesion and a smooth, durable finish.
Areas of peeling or weathered paint were treated with Sherwin-Williams Peel Bond to stabilize and seal the surface before topcoating. The exterior was then finished with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint, providing long-lasting protection and color retention suited for the Pacific Northwest climate.
The color scheme featured SW 7622 Homburg Gray for the body and SW 7005 Pure White for the trim, creating a clean, professional look. Rotted and damaged trim boards were replaced as part of the prep process to ensure a complete and lasting restoration.
