Project Summary – Commercial Repaint
Hilltop Painting successfully completed a commercial exterior repaint that brought new life and character to the property. The project involved detailed surface preparation, including cleaning, scraping, sanding, and caulking to ensure a smooth and durable finish suitable for commercial durability standards.
The primary house color on the siding was finished in Sheraton Sage (SW 0014), providing a timeless and sophisticated look. The trim, soffits, windows, corbels, and other architectural details were painted in Roycroft Vellum (SW 2833), offering a clean contrast that complements the main body color. For the porches and railing system, Rookwood Medium Brown (SW 2807) was used as a secondary trim color, adding depth and warmth to the overall design.
Additionally, the foundation areas beneath the lower windows were carefully color-matched to ensure visual consistency across the entire façade.
This project was completed on schedule with Hilltop Painting’s trademark focus on precision, lasting protection, and professional craftsmanship, resulting in a refreshed and cohesive appearance that enhances the property’s overall curb appeal.
