Project Summary – Triplex Repaint, Bellingham, WA
Hilltop Painting recently completed an exterior repaint for a triplex located in Bellingham, Washington. The project involved full surface preparation, including pressure washing, scraping, sanding, and caulking to ensure a clean, durable foundation for the new coatings.
The body of the building was finished with Sherwin-Williams Duration in Charcoal Blue (SW 2739) with a low-lustre finish, providing exceptional durability and weather resistance. The trim and gutters were painted in High Reflective White (SW 7757) using Sherwin-Williams Duration satin for a crisp, clean contrast. Entry doors were coated with Sherwin-Williams Emerald satin in Tricorn Black (SW 6258), adding a bold and elegant accent to the overall design.
The completed project gave the triplex a striking modern appearance with long-lasting protection against the Pacific Northwest climate, all delivered with Hilltop Painting’s signature attention to detail and quality workmanship.
