Project Summary – Multi-Family Fourplex Repaint, Ferndale, WA
Hilltop Painting completed an exterior repaint for a multi-family fourplex complex located in Ferndale, Washington. The scope of work included thorough surface preparation such as pressure washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, and replacement of rotted trim to ensure a smooth and durable finish.
For areas with peeling or weathered paint, Sherwin-Williams Peel Bond was applied to seal and stabilize the surface. Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint was used on the siding and trim for long-lasting color retention and protection, while Sherwin-Williams WoodScapes was applied to the shingles to enhance durability and provide a rich, uniform finish.
