About This Project

A waterfront home at Sandy Point with a wall of windows wrapping the great room — glorious light that also shows every roller mark and patch line. The whole main level needed doing: living room, dining room, both hallways, the stairwell, walls, ceilings, trim, and doors.

Furniture wrapped and floors sheeted, then the level was worked room set by room set: ceilings first, walls cut in by hand against all that window trim, doors and trim finished in enamel. The pale green-tinted white keeps the rooms bright without glare off the water. The owners have had us back twice since — the quiet endorsement that matters most.
