About This Project

A fully-leased two-story office building off East Bakerview: shake-textured upper walls, lap siding below, stone wainscot, and a parking lot that had to stay usable for tenants and their customers every single day. The finish had faded flat, and window trim repairs needed handling before paint.

The building was sequenced wall by wall so no tenant lost their entrance or their parking for more than a stretch of hours. Window trim repairs came first, then Peel Bond primer over the weathered shake and lap siding, then SuperPaint sprayed in a deep blue-green that brings the stone wainscot and white windows back into focus. Cones, masking, and daily cleanup kept the lot working through all of it.
