The LKQ Warehouse off Bakerview — a Boom-Lift Repaint in Two Colors

LKQ's auto-parts warehouse off East Bakerview is a full city block of steel siding, and it had gone dull gray-on-gray. A building this tall doesn't get painted off ladders — the job needed a boom lift for the high walls and rooflines, and the loading docks had trucks coming and going all day.
Pressure wash first, then re-caulking at the window lines and siding seams and scraping anywhere the old coating had let go. With everything masked — windows, rooflines, dock doors, lights — the body was sprayed double-layer from the lift in the new two-color scheme: a bright white body with the dark glass entry bay left to carry the contrast. Fascia, window trim, and corner boards got two brushed coats. Two coats of SuperPaint throughout, scheduled around dock traffic.
