About This Project
THE CHALLENGE
A self-storage facility's office tower is its billboard — this one, off Kellogg Road in north Bellingham, had moss on the shady sides and a finish that had dulled around the big SELF STORAGE lettering customers navigate by. The facility had to stay open and accessible through the whole job.
OUR APPROACH
A 30-second cleaner soak and full pressure wash cleared the moss first, then re-caulking at every window and siding seam. The building was sprayed double-layer in its two-color scheme — cream body with the green metal roofline and trim detailed around it — with fascia, window trim, and corner boards brushed in two coats of SuperPaint. Gate access and customer traffic never stopped.
