About This Project

Sunset Square sits at one of the busiest corners in Bellingham — the Sunset Drive exit off I-5. The center's Starbucks and the big corner retail block both needed their stucco recoated, and neither business could shut its doors for it. The drive-thru line at that Starbucks does not stop.

Both buildings got the same treatment, one at a time: pressure wash to clear dirt and moss, re-caulk the cracks and seams stucco always develops, scrape anything loose, then mask every window, sign, and roofline. The stucco was sprayed double-layer — two coats of SuperPaint — with fascia and window trim repainted to match. Work was staged around store hours so customers never lost the front door.
