“I was so happy with the results of hilltop's work and the painter, Carlos, was great. They treated me very good. I'm a 74 year old woman who gets a lot of prejudice because of my age and with hilltop that never took place.”
About This Project
THE CHALLENGE
A tidy single-level home in Blaine where the paint had aged past protecting the siding — and some of the siding itself needed repair before any coating would matter. The owner liked the color exactly as it was; the job was making it last another decade.
OUR APPROACH
The failing siding sections were repaired first, then everything got a wash, scrape, and Peel Bond primer — the step that makes a same-color repaint actually bond instead of just covering. The original sage-tan went back on in two coats of SuperPaint, sprayed body and brushed trim, and the house looks like itself again, only sound.
