A metal-roofed Columbia-neighborhood bungalow with a specific color layout to execute: warm taupe walls, a black foundation skirt to anchor it, and the front railings and doors carrying the dark accent — plus a garage building to bring along.

The scheme was color-matched and laid out exactly per the plan: taupe body in SuperPaint low lustre over Peel Bond, the skirt and window accents in black, and the front railings and doors detailed dark. The garage building and its doors got the full treatment so the property reads as one design against that black metal roof.
