Cream to Deep Navy — a Blaine Craftsman Redone Inside & Out
About This Project
A stone-accented craftsman near the water in Blaine, wearing the same builder cream as half its street. The owners wanted the opposite of blending in — a full turn to deep navy — and while the crew was mobilized, the inside of the house needed rooms, a shed, and even the fireplace mantle handled too.
Outside: full prep, Peel Bond primer, and the flip from cream to a deep navy body with the soffits picked out in a trim color and the stone left to do its work — suddenly the pergola, white rails, and stonework all read as features. Front, garage, and back doors finished to match, shed included, screen doors too. Inside: bedroom walls, the kitchen ceiling with patching, office and pantry, and a fireplace mantle in Emerald trim enamel. One mobilization, whole property.
