About This Project
THE CHALLENGE
A tall craftsman with balcony, columns, and double garage — painted in custom-matched colors rather than off-the-rack: a deep espresso brown body with a muted sage trim, both matched by Sherwin to the owners' spec.
OUR APPROACH
The two custom colors — House Brown for the body and Serpent for the trim — went on in Emerald satin, Sherwin's top exterior line, with the garage doors in body color. Tall-gable work ran off staging, and the craftsman details (brackets, window grids, balcony rails) were brushed by hand.
