Pacific Customs, Blaine — Green Trim to Black on a Border-Town Landmark
About This Project
Pacific Customs' building sits right on the border traffic through Blaine — a big two-story block with a glass curtain wall, a dome that needed pressure washing, and 90s green trim on every railing, awning, and fascia. The owners wanted the green gone and something sharper in its place, without interrupting a business that runs on schedules and shipments.
The main building got washed, prepped, and coated in Loxon primer with SuperPaint flat over it — the right system for tilt-up and masonry surfaces. Then the transformation piece: every railing, stair, and steel detail was refinished in Emerald Urethane, and the trim lines went from faded green to crisp black. The dome and fascia were pressure washed clean. Same building, completely different presence on the street.
