About This Project

A single-level rental duplex that needed more than paint: the right wall's siding was past saving and came off entirely, and both side decks needed rebuilding — all while the owner wanted the property market-ready in a modern color.

The right wall was re-sided and both side decks rebuilt before any color. Then the duplex went deep navy in Latitude exterior acrylic — a coating with excellent color-hold for the money — with white trim, and both front doors finished in Emerald enamel. Bay windows, twin garages, and all: what had been a patchwork now reads like one sharp property from the street.
