About This Project

A classic 70s split-level in cream with dated red shutters — a look that aged the whole street-view of the house. The owners wanted it modernized without a remodel: color would have to do all the work.

Peel Bond primer over the old cream, then the body went to Jubilee — a soft gray-blue that instantly moves a split-level forty years forward — with Extra White on the trim and shutters for clean contrast. The front door got Heartthrob, a confident true red that nods to the house's old accent color but does it on purpose this time. Garage doors finished in the body color to quiet the driveway view.
