About This Project
THE CHALLENGE
A single-story Everson rambler in washed-out pale blue that had gone flat against the valley's gray skies. Under the trees, the north-facing walls held moisture most of the year — this needed a proper prep job as much as a new color.
OUR APPROACH
The house was washed, scraped, and primed in Peel Bond before the color turn: Gauntlet Gray on the body, a deep warm charcoal-greige that gives a low rambler real presence, with Shoji White trim keeping the windows crisp. The garage door and man door were finished to match. Two coats of SuperPaint on everything, sprayed body and brushed trim.
