About This Project

A two-story in central Blaine with a section of old brick facing that had to go — replaced with new siding — before the owners' modern-farmhouse vision could happen. Half carpentry project, half paint project.

The pre-existing brick was removed and the wall re-sided to match the rest of the house, then the whole exterior went crisp: Greek Villa, a warm creamy white, across the body, with every window frame and corner picked out in Tricorn Black — the classic farmhouse contrast, executed with hand-cut lines. The garage door was finished with the scheme. SuperPaint throughout.
