SW 7665 Wall Street Exterior Repaint on a Bellingham Ranch Home
About This Project
This single-level ranch home east of Bellingham sits in open country — full sun exposure across the long southern face, with siding that had faded unevenly and caulking pulling away at the window seams. The owners wanted a full color change: out with the washed-out gray-blue, in for Sherwin-Williams Wall Street (SW 7665), a deep coastal blue-gray, with Eider White (SW 7014) trim to sharpen the home's long rooflines.
Prep came first: the whole building was pressure washed, every crack around the windows and siding seams re-caulked, loose paint scraped off, and all windows, rooflines, doors, and lights carefully masked. The siding then got a double-layer spray coat for a smooth, even finish with no visible transitions, and all fascia, soffits, window trim, corner boards, and frames were repainted with two coats for a durable finish.
