About This Project

The Market at Birch Bay is the grocery anchor of Birch Bay Square, and its front walls take everything the bay throws inland. The stonework entry stays handsome on its own — but the painted masonry around it was showing its age, and a grocery store can't close its front doors for painters.

A tight, focused job: the four front walls and the downspout, prepped and coated in Masonry SuperPaint — a breathable coating made for exactly this substrate. Work was sequenced around delivery trucks and morning rushes, and the entry never closed. Small scope, done clean, in and out.
