About This Project

A wine bar and event space lives on curb appeal, and The Vault's building in downtown Blaine had drifted from elegant to tired — with surface damage that needed real repair, not just paint over it, and a monument sign out front that greets everyone driving through town.

Damaged spots were Bondo-filled and sanded fair before any color went near them — that's the difference between a repaint and a cover-up. The building went deep charcoal with the columns and fascia picked out in white, the exterior doors were refinished, and the monument sign got the same treatment so the whole property reads as one brand again. SuperPaint and Latitude, chosen per surface, applied around the bar's event calendar.
