Every Kind of Commercial Space in Bow
Pick your property type — the plan, products, and schedule change with it.
Offices & Professional Suites
Weekend and evening repaints so your team never works around wet paint. Low-odor, fast-cure coatings mean the office smells like an office on Monday morning.
Careful Work for Landmark Buildings
Bow-Edison's buildings are the kind people drive out to see. Painting them means heritage-grade prep, colors that respect the setting, and a crew that treats a century-old facade like the asset it is.
Farm businesses get the practical version: durable coatings on working buildings, quoted per structure.
Weekday, Weekend, or Between Seatings
Food-town hours are real hours. We schedule around service and events so your customers never meet our ladders.
What Bow Businesses Can Expect
Schedules that hold, commercial-grade coatings, and paperwork handled before the first drop cloth goes down.
Painting That Works Around Your Business Hours
Downtime costs you money, so we build the schedule around your hours — nights, weekends, or phased areas — and hit the dates in the contract. That's true for every Bow business we serve, from single storefronts to multi-building properties.
A dedicated project manager coordinates with your staff or property manager daily, and every crew member is badged, insured, and background-checked.
Coatings Built for High Traffic
Lobbies, corridors, and retail floors need scuff-resistant, scrubbable finishes — not homeowner-grade paint. We spec commercial urethanes and epoxies where traffic demands it, and low-VOC systems for occupied spaces like offices and clinics.
The result reads clean years longer between repaint cycles.
Multi-Family & Property Management
We handle unit turns, common areas, and full exterior repaints for Bow's apartment and condo communities — with per-unit pricing that makes budgeting simple.
Ask about standing agreements: many local property managers keep us on call for turnovers.
Licensed, Insured, and COI-Ready
Hilltop Painting is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington. Certificates of insurance are provided before work starts — no chasing paperwork.
Detailed, itemized proposals arrive within 48 hours of the walkthrough.
Exact Brand & Color Matching
Franchise spec sheet or a single faded chip — we match it exactly with Sherwin-Williams commercial systems, and document the formula for future touch-ups.
Your locations stay consistent, your brand stays sharp.
Maintenance & Repaint Programs
Annual touch-up cycles and scheduled repaints keep your property looking sharp and your budget predictable — no surprise capital expense every few years.
One call, same crew, year after year.

Brownsville, Bow, and a Socialist Colony: A Short History of Bow
William J. Brown homesteaded the townsite in 1869, and the place was Brownsville until the railroad arrived and brought a post office. Brown suggested the name Bow, after the big railway station in London, though some say it honors a homesteader named James Bow or a Norwegian family named Boe.
Next door, Edison was settled in 1869 by Ben Samson and named for the inventor. In 1897 it became the headquarters of Equality Colony, a national socialist experiment on 280 acres outside town, with its own farms, mills, school, and a newspaper called Industrial Freedom. The colony faded after 1903.
Today Bow-Edison is a small main street of bakeries, galleries, and taverns surrounded by diked farmland on the Samish flats, with the Chuckanut foothills behind it. The 2020 census counted 203 people in Bow and 240 in Edison.
The Bow-Edison main street is some of the most photographed frontage in Skagit County. We paint it to look the part and to shrug off the wind that whips across the flats, on a schedule that works around the weekend crowds.
